Terms of Service
By using THE MOVE you agree to purchase tickets, guestlist access and table reservations for lawful personal use. Resale above face value is prohibited unless expressly allowed by the organizer. Entry is always subject to venue capacity, licensing conditions and management discretion.
Privacy Policy
We collect only the information required to issue and validate your ticket: name, contact details, and order history. Data is stored in our secure backend with row-level access controls so organizers see only the guests attending their own events. We never sell personal data.
Refund & Exchange Policy
All sales are final unless an event is cancelled or materially rescheduled, in which case the face value is refunded to the original payment method. Service fees are non-refundable. Table deposits are applied to the minimum spend and are non-refundable within 48 hours of the event.
Ticket Validity & Transfers
Each ticket carries a unique QR code that can be scanned once. Duplicate scans are flagged at the door. Transfers are permitted through your account before doors open where the organizer enables them.
Age, ID & Dress Code
Age requirements are set per event and enforced with valid government-issued photo ID. Venues may enforce dress codes and refuse entry for intoxication or non-compliance without refund.
Safety & Conduct
Harassment, violence, illegal substances and weapons are prohibited. Guests may be removed without refund. If you feel unsafe, contact any staff member or the door team immediately.
Payments
This environment runs payments in demo/test mode. No card data is collected or stored. When a live payment processor is connected, charges appear on your statement under the venue or organizer name.
